  • Received an official note of recognition from the founder of All People, All Places for the contribution in raising awareness and money for homeless men in London, which entailed Courtney (CEO & Founder, F2F) and Wilbur Yankey (Programme Director, F2F) brave a wet, cold  night and slept out on the steps of Enfield Town Library for this cause

  • Invited to speak twice at the House of Commons for work in the community supporting fatherhood

  • Featured in the Enfield Independent newspaper for the hugely popular Father’s Day event in June 2014. The event was attended by Enfield North MP Nick e Bois, who said “This is the beginning of something was should treasure, something that is important to Enfield”

  • Developed, Coordinated and implemented the BRACE Project (Building Relationships Amongst Cultures Everywhere) in Tottenham, North London
  • Won several national awards relating to work within the community including the Haringey council Xtra mile award 2008 for mentoring
  • Raised the profile of CONEL College (The College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London, formally known as College of North East London) by being featured in local newspapers for changing the predicted outcomes for students at risk of exclusion
  • Successfully united youths from different ethnic backgrounds by creating, leading and delivering numerous multicultural workshops and events
  • Secured funding from the ‘Prevent Strategy’ fund for three consecutive years (2008 – 2011)
  • Notably improved the relationship between the Metropolitan Police and the Turkish/Kurdish community by leading and managing the Community Engagement Programme
  • Successfully built productive relationships with partner organisations through the application of enhanced communication and diplomatic skills
  • Inspired many individual’s which soared their self-confidence and allowed a change to a more positive life style

On the 4th June, Father2Father was invited to the Jamaican High Commison, London for a reception dinner with His Excellency Mr. Seth George Ramocan who became Jamaica’s 13th High Commissioner to the United Kingdom in December 2016.

This dinner was part of The Jamaica55 celebrations, under the theme ‘Celebrating Jamaicans at Home and Abroad’.
